Andrew E. Shearer
Founder / Manager
Drew has been providing real estate consulting and development management services to clients and partnerships for over 35 years. His project experience spans several continents and most major U.S. markets, and he has participated in a variety of real estate transactions valued at more than $3 billion. Drew was a founder of DSG in 2002 and leads the firm as Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations. Prior to founding DSG, he held senior positions at several development firms and an integrated development /design / build firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and completed coursework in the MBA (emphasis in Project Management) program at the University of South Wales in Sydney, Australia. He has been a lifelong learner, involved for many years with the Australian Institute of Project Management and the North American Project Management Institute (PMI). He received his PMP designation; completed advanced computer skills training; and is a frequent participant and speaker at continuing education and medical real estate industry conferences for organizations such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Crittenden Finance, Colorado Real Estate Journal, BUSNOW and Real Estate Legal Issues Forums.
Kevin B. Fosse
Member /Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development
Kevin has over 45 years of diverse real estate experience and has managed the development of more than 5 million square feet of healthcare, commercial office, and mixed-use projects throughout the U.S. A vital strategic partner at DSG, Kevin has led the management of site evaluation and due diligence, project entitlements, facility and tenant improvement planning, design, and construction on the majority of DSG’s projects. Prior to joining DSG in 2003, he held senior positions with a healthcare development / design / build firm, commercial office development firms and was also a practicing architect on a wide variety of project types. Kevin holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois.
